You won't always have a piano nearby. Practice Anywhere lets you tap along on your phone screen and log a session at any tempo, even when you're away from your instrument.
How it works
Choose the tempo you want to practise, then tap the screen at the same time as the metronome. Scale Study saves the session the same way it would with a connected keyboard, so your progress stays up to date wherever you are.
Why it matters
Regular practice matters more than long sessions. Being able to log a session without a keyboard means you can keep your routine going during travel or breaks.
- Log sessions without a MIDI keyboard
- Keep your streak going while travelling
- Good for mental practice and learning tempos by feel
- Feeds into the same progress matrix as MIDI sessions
Tips
Try tapping a steady 120 BPM without a metronome. It's harder than you'd think. You can also visualise the fingering while you tap for a bit of mental practice.
